Job Description

Hands on experience of daily utility operations, parameter & facilities of all utility related equipment and Utility project, executing work based on provided P&ID, Equipment Layout, Piping Layout, Isometric Drawing etc.
Accountable for maintaining documentation related to Utility Operation, equipment, and testing, as required by the department.
Ensure all facilities and equipment are maintained at optimal operational and compliance levels.
To Maintain the Actual Preventive Maintenance record as per schedule of all plant Equipment.
Monitoring & ensuring in utility plant day to day activities to achieve the zero breakdown target with smooth & easy Operation.
Trouble shooting during Utility Operation and reduce delay time cycle of utility equipment.
Responsible for all safety procedures implementation in the department and it's compliance & follow all the time.
Handling experience in Brine plant, water chiller, Air compressor, N2 plant,cooling tower, watersofting plant, RO Plant, Boiler (coal fire)
Monitoring and controlling cost for Utility operation and maintenace.
Maintaining Invetory and predicting future demand for all required consumables.
Liasion with Govt. Authorities pertaining of Utility & Boiler area.
Focus on subordinates development; promote individual responsibility for personnel and departmental improvement through the use of objectives and training initiatives in coordination with HR.
Ensure safe workplace and ensure conservation of Environment.
Ability to have good exposure in ISO, EHS & PSM system
